Selected raw materials, variable climate of Modena, aging in valuable wood barrels. These are the main ingredients to obtain an excellent modenese product, obtained following the IGP Procedural Guideline. Acetaia Malpighi dedicates the product to all those who love good cooking and don’t want to give up Balsamic Vinegar daily.
